01Improving the resolution of reconstruction

Increase Resolution

Compared with carbon grids, ANTCryo™ grids have much better conductivity, resulting in the lower electron charging effect and main beam-induced motion (BIM) during cryoEM imaging, thus higher resolution structure can be then achieved. User experiments show that more than 0.2 Å improvement on the resolution.

02Improving the rate of sample preparation

In terms of the adsorption force of the particles, the ANTCryo™ support film is nearly 10 times lower than the traditional carbon film. This improves the particle inlet rate, reduces the aggregation of particles in the pore and significantly improves the success rate of sample preparation.

03Improving the efficiency of data collection

With the control of higher particle density, users need much less Dst time for data collection for the analysis of structural information. At the same defocus condition for the analysis process and initial data suitable for cryoEM, ANTCryo™ grids can be more efficiently used in the same time.
